Hey, I’m Katie!
I’m an Online Fitness Coach on a mission to add variety to your fitness & make movement more accessible! 

My love for fitness started with gymnastics — flips, cartwheels, and always being upside down. But after quitting at 14 and joining a gym, I hated it. I felt lost, unmotivated, and only showed up because I didn’t like my body.

That all changed when I started moving in ways I enjoyed and focused on how it made me feel instead of how I looked. Game. Changer.

Now, I create online workouts that fit your lifestyle — whether it’s Pilates, strength, mobility, or something in between. No more one-size-fits-all. Just a big variety of ways to move your body, feel good, and build confidence — anytime, anywhere.
